Mr. Sokhie S. Puar - Managing Director

SNJ Capital Ltd is headed up by Sokhie Puar. Sokhie has more than 18 years of experience in corporate finance and corporate development. From 1987 to 1998, Sokhie was an Account Executive at Canaccord Capital Corporation (Canada) and Noram Investments (USA). Sokhie obtained an advanced diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Subsequently, he also gained an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from BCIT. He left the capital markets in the fall of 1998 to join a publicly traded Internet based technology company as Vice President of Corporate Development.

After assisting in establishing the company's infrastructure, business model, financing, get listed on a North American Stock exchange and help launch its' technology, Sokhie joined Capital Alliance Group Inc. in May 2000. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, he oversaw the development team, corporate finance activities and was in charge of mergers and acquisitions. After assisting the subsidiary of Capital Alliance Group, SE Global, to go public Sokhie left the Company to form SNJ Capital Ltd. SNJ Capital Ltd provides valuable experience in business development, corporate finance, structuring companies from start-up and the process involved in the application for listing on Canadian and US stock exchanges.

Mr. Bijay Singh - Director

Bijay Singh started his career in the financial services field. Working with one of the largest financial services company in North America Bijay provided long-term financial strategies for both individuals and businesses. He obtained the designation of Certified Financial Planner through the British Columbia Institute of Technology. After working as a Certified Financial Planner for a period of five years Bijay left in 1999 to pursue endeavors in the public markets. From 1999 to 2001 Bijay worked with various public and private companies providing services in the area of corporate finance, product and business development, corporate negotiations/relations and coordinating public relations and investor relations. In June of 2001 Bijay joined SNJ Capital Ltd. as Project Manager.
